Heavy Duty Battery
Battery heavy-duty means that supports the capabilities of heavy handling. In today's modern world there are large grazing on these batteries. Rechargeable batteries are known as heavy-duty batteries. Rechargeable batteries can be recharged and reused up to 1000 times depending on conditions of use. The most common types of rechargeable batteries are Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH), nickel-cadmium (NiCd) and Lithium Ion (Li-ion).
In these batteries is considered mainly the battery performance depends heavily on the intrinsic qualities. Rechargeable batteries are more expensive than alkaline batteries, especially when including the initial cost of the charger. However, do not forget that can be recharged up to 1,000 times. Hence the end much cheaper in the long term.
NiCd and NiMH similar features but for the same size, NiMH batteries can double the execution time compared to NiCd batteries per charge. NiMH batteries provide the greatest uptime. Furthermore, it can be recharged up to 1,000 times. Therefore the cost per unit of energy is much smaller than the alkaline and zinc carbon.
NiMH batteries can be more than three times longer than alkaline batteries of high consumption of power electronic devices. They can be recharged up to 1000 cycles, giving a huge saving in the long term. Not contain hazardous materials such as cadmium or mercury, and therefore are more environmentally friendly.
NiMH batteries are ideal substitutes in most cases, especially in high drain devices of electronic energy. Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) offers high capacity (more than double the amount of nickel-cadmium (NiCd)), fast load capacity and high reliability. They are especially good for high drain applications like digital cameras and toys engine. They are also suitable for CD players, MD players and MP3 players, etc. The nominal voltage of NiMH batteries is 1.2V.
